OUR MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of Nortech Advanced NDT to provide high quality, value added non-destructive testing services to the oil and gas, energy, mining, manufacturing, fabricating and forestry industries across Western Canada. With our highly qualified employees, backed by a committed and experienced management team we are able to exceed our client’s expectations and provide them a sense of comfort and confidence in choosing a reliable, safety-committed, environmentally conscious, technology advanced NDT company. Nortech’s live reporting system, NorTrack, can minimize our clients operating costs by not only lowering labour costs but by saving your quality control department’s time by generating turnover packages and for internal weld tracking purposes. Nortech Advanced NDT believes that inspection services should be held to a higher standard and is devoted to developing one of the finest inspection workforces available.

OUR FACILITY

Nortech’s newly constructed 18,000 square foot shop is a direct reflection of our ability to provide our clients with a proficient, functioning service system. Built in 2016, the shop consists of 3 radiography bunkers and a training classroom. The yard is big enough to accommodate trailers of all sizes to allow for quick and easy deliveries.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Nortech will continue to build a well trained work force consisting of Certified Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB), Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) and SNT-TC-1A certified personnel, supported by a dedicated management staff. This ensures that Nortech is capable of providing a solid team to all clients and their operations. We are dedicated to the continuing education of our technicians to ensure technologically advanced methods.

We train our management and technicians in OH&S Legislation, regulatory authority regulations, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Confined Space Entry, H2S Alive, Defensive Driving, Incident Investigation, Hazard Assessment, Fall Arrest Protection, First Aid, site inspections and audits, and Safety Program Auditing.
